The site company acts solely as a villa reservation center bringing guests and owners together. We assume no liability for the maintenance and condition or for any problems that occur while guests occupy the villa of their choice. All villa information has been provided by the villa owner and no liability is assumed by reservation company for any misrepresentation of villa material or accommodations as guests will be working directly with villa owner after reservation is placed. Any and all refunds or claims must be addressed directly with the villa owner. The site company has experienced negotiators that may be hired to mediate for either party any refunds or claims pursued.
For any refunds requested ,for whatever reason, the fee paid to Rent a Villa by owner is not refundable to either owner or guest.
The US Virgin Islands are thriving and there may be construction in the vicinity of your vacation villa of which the owner has no control. The owners have adjusted their rates accordingly to compensate and no further refund will be offered, however if you do not wish a villa near construction please specifically ask before sending your payment!
