Shoys Paradise Found Villa

 Shoys Paradise Found Villa - True Caribbean living in casual, comfortable style!  This 3 bedroom/2 bath private villa is located in the upscale Shoys residential community which is adjacent to the Buccaneer Hotel and Golf course. The villa was designed by an architect to take advantage of balmy breezes of the refreshing trade winds with cross ventilation in every room.

 One of the prime features is the deeded right of way to the sandy palm lined beach directly in front of the villa, which is approximately a walk of the length of 1.5 football fields.

Shoys Beach is a picture perfect horseshoe shaped beach. There is a small snorkel area right by the beach that is perfect for beginners, and an extensive snorkeling area just a short leisurely swim out from shore. Or just enjoy swimming in the usually calm, clear water, take a stroll along the shore to view the gorgeous homes, or relax in your beach chair with your cooler while you gaze at the sky blue water.

The great room with its high West Indies style ceiling includes a living area, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with large windows and glass sliders all around.

The extensive deck that wraps around the entire front of the villa allows each guest to choose sun or shade at any time of the day while enjoying the panoramic view of the ocean, Buck Island and the Green Cay Marina.

The 36 ft. long pool is great for a swim, but is also a focal point for relaxing in the hammock or chaise lounge, dining al fresco at the outdoor dining table with barbecue grill, or gazing endlessly at the fabulous views. 

Two separate bedroom wings on either side of the great room allow for both privacy and togetherness.

The master bedroom suite features a Queen bed, dressing area, bath with "open air" shower, and a TV den with a trundle bed that converts to 2 twins; which is excellent for a family with young children. You can walk right out to the pool in 3 steps.

The other 2 bedrooms are in a separate wing and share a second bathroom that even has a bathtub - very unusual in the Virgin Islands. One bedroom has a king bed and its own entrance out to the deck. The 3rd bedroom  has 2 twin beds which may be converted into a king if requested.

Though there is a caretaker apartment on the lower level along with the washer/dryer facilities all guest living quarters are on the upper level and maintain complete privacy from the lower level.

Shoys Paradise Found Villa is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, linens, towels, etc. and features ceiling fans throughout (no ac is available in this breezy location), cable TV in the den off the master bedroom; broadband wireless internet; beach towels/beach chairs/beach cooler.

*Note: The trundle bed (that converts to 2 twins) in the den off the master bedroom may be used for children if there are more then 6 guests at no additional charge, or if children need to be in the same wing as parents .
