The condo is completely air conditioned with individually controlled systems. All amenities for enjoyment have been provided: cable TV, VCR, CD, radio, ceiling fans, and complete AC. Enjoy the  views from the main living areas, whether inside or out. 

The graciously decorated living and dining area flow from the kitchen so everybody can enjoy vacation time together. 

The  equipped kitchen area offers all appliances for your convenience.

The large full length deck adds to the ambiance of outdoor caribbean living while being the perfect spot for quiet time and casual al fresco dining

Master bedroom features 4 poster mahogany queen bed

 and is large with features such as walk-in closet, bath ensuite 

and sliding glass doors which provide your view and open to the deck.    

     The second bedroom features a king size bed and private bath en suite,  making it perfect for two couples

 and then the 3rd bedroom features 2 twin size beds that can convert into a king  making it perfect for a family or three couples!

The beach is fine sand. The beach is gradual for a long distance. The water is crystal clear water. There are good swimming conditions in warm water.  While all beach edges in the Caribbean are public, Pelican Cove has a private, manicured beach cut into its property line with lounge/sunning chairs. Just a minute's walk down the beach leads to a perfect swim area where it is also great to snorkel.

Pelican Cove is conveniently located to all island activities, and is just a 5 minute drive to town for shopping and water sport excursions. Best of all Pelican Cove  is walking distance to 2 outstanding restaurants - The Palms and H2O, both are open for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Or go for a drink, both have casual bar areas - it' a delightful way to spend some time! 

This condo is a perfect choice for a family vacation at a great beach and location all at a great price! For extended families, it may be combined with the other Pelican Cove condos based on availability. For the enjoyment of all guests, this is a no smoking condo environment inside the unit.
