Pelican Moon at Pelican Cove  - Just steps away from the pool and beach, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath beautiful, very comfortable, second level condo with a spacious three-hundred square foot covered balcony overlooking the new large swimming pool is located at the sandy beach location of Pelican Cove complex.

Pelican Moon is a 1250 square foot condo with an expansive great room  

with sliders that open from the living room and the master bedroom onto the spacious deck with pool and beach views.

The outdoor deck is comfortably furnished with overhead fan/lighting, outdoor gas BBQ grill, table/chairs for outdoor dining and comfortable chairs to relax and enjoy the tropical environment.

The master bedroom with bath en suite features a king size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, sliders to the deck and a separate vanity/sink area and a full bath.

 

The second bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed and a full bath. All the bed linens and towels, including beach towels are supplied.

The grounds are expansive and well manicured. The pool area features a beautiful, large new pool with ample lounges, table/chairs, palm trees and a hot tub,
	The ocean is steps away. There is a big sandy area of beach at the condo.

The beach is fine sand. The beach is gradual for a long distance. The water is crystal clear water. There are good swimming conditions in warm water.  While all beach edges in the Caribbean are public, Pelican Cove has a private, manicured beach cut into its property line with lounge/sunning chairs. Some portions of it are rocky. Just a minute's walk down the beach leads to a perfect swim area where it is also great to snorkel.

Pelican Cove is conveniently located to all island activities, and is just a 5 minute drive to town for shopping and water sport excursions and is considered one of the premier spots on the island. This property is protected by on site security.  Best of all Pelican Cove  is walking distance to 2 outstanding restaurants - The Palms and H2O, both are open for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Or go for a drink, both have casual bar areas - it' a delightful way to spend some time! 

This condo is a perfect choice for a family vacation at a great price! For extended families, it may be combined with other Pelican Cove condos based on availability. For the enjoyment of all guests, this is a no smoking condo environment inside the unit or out on the deck.
