Hummingbird Hill  -         Nestled on a gentle hillside just a few feet above a stunning, Caribbean Bay, Hummingbird Hill is a two bedroom, fully furnished home surrounded by tropical flowering plants. 

You can walk right down the driveway to a sandy public beach.                

The beach is 300 ft.  from the villa!

The floor plan is bi-level and features a spacious living area with open kitchen,

 dining room, and powder room on the upper floor. The living room sitting area flows from the kitchen and is open and comfortable in a casual setting.

The home has all the amenities that you will need to accommodate four to six people... Phone, Cable TV, VCR, Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking utensils provided,  Washer, Dryer, great beds, linens, comfortable furniture, cable, internet access,  and private swimming pool.

 Double French doors lead out to the decks on both levels and provide beautiful views that will take your breath away.

Downstairs are two large air conditioned  bedrooms with private baths.
Master features a queen bed;

second bedroom has 2 twins.

There's even a queen size aero bed for extra sleeping of 1 to 2 additional guests.
Both bedrooms feature air conditioners and also ceiling fans.

 Oh, and the gentle tropical breezes and the hummingbirds are a plus. There's more! You have access to Divi Resort and Casino which is less than a two minute walk from the house with its own beautiful beach, hammocks, pools, spa, fitness center, restaurants, gift shop, tennis courts, and casino. There is also a dive shop onsite and you can rent snorkeling, windsurfing, and kayaking equipment. 

No smoking at the villa, please.
