Easy Livin'  - Yes, the livin' is easy at this pristine cottage! This 2 bedroom/2 bath cottage  enjoys the full island view from the main living areas, whether inside or out. 

Relax and enjoy the satellite dish TV, VCR or music as you prepare a bite to eat!  

An efficiency style kitchen area offers all appliances.

 Fully screened with ceiling fans plus air conditioning in the bedrooms makes it a wonderful choice. The master bedroom features a Queen bed with bath; 

the 2nd bedroom features 2 extra long twins that may be converted into a King size bed and there is a 2nd bath for this room. Bedroom privacy walls are open to the ceiling to allow for air flow.

 The guests of the cottage will enjoy the infinity style pool and hot tub, along with complete assurance that the owner in the main house will not infringe on your privacy if he happens to be in residence (owner comes & goes from island residence and can not commit to dates of his absence).

 Lounge on the spacious deck as you soak up the sun and 180 degree view encompassing Buck Island to the east and the town of Christiansted to the west. 

 Located within a residential area with a neighborhood sandy beach nearby, it is walking distance to the beach. Centrally located to all island activities. Nearby attractions offer fine or casual dining,  deep sea fishing, golf  and a quick 10 minute drive to town. The cottage is fully equipped with all towels, linens, kitchenware, beach chairs and washer/dryer.

Rate: Rent A Villa service was just great. The agent (Anne) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The Greeter was extremely courteous and took time to help with the car rental. Real Nice Vacation and Fabulous Cottage. Will come back in the future.

Question: The cottage was just as described with a great view located on a beautiful property. It was at a convient location to town but not to close. The owner went out of his way to see we had what we needed for a relaxing vacation. I couldn't ask for a more congienal host to make our vacation so great. I'll be back again.
