The upper level  is crisply decorated in a fun caribbean theme offering plenty of seating area with  an entertainment center for viewing pleasure

and the floor plan flows from the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious living/dining area where sliders will lead you to the full front deck to enjoy the sweeping water view, the St. Croix Yacht Club and the Reef Golf course.

The sliders to the back of the house lead to the private tropical courtyard to enjoy the private pool, and covered veranda area as well as plenty of sunny patio space. There's even a pool cabana with a full bath.  

  The internal staircase takes you to the lower level enclosed deck area from which the three bedrooms with their own private baths are located.

One bedroom features a King bed   

the second bedroom features a Queen bed

 and the third bedroom features two twins that can be converted into King.

All rates Plus 8% hotel tax and a $500 security deposit.

NOTE: Bella Vista is only available for vacation rental
